Placing an Order
When can I place an order or get in touch with customer service?
You may place orders on-line 7 days a week 24 hours day! If you would like to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives you will need to refer to the business hours that are listed below. We strongly recommend e-mailing us at info@WenchJewelry.com if you have any questions or concerns. A rep will contact you within one business day.

What are my payment options?
We take credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Master Card). When placing an order on-line we ask that you fill out ALL the billing information fields with the correct information as to where you receive your bill. Availability of Items
What if I did not receive my entire order?
We do not ship any order with less than 60% of the merchandise available without contacting the customer and receiving approval. You will only receive the items that we have in stock; other ordered items will be cancelled and we will notify you. Note again, you will only be charged for the items that you receive. If you receive a partial order, your tax and freight charges will be adjusted accordingly.
When will my order ship?
Wench Jewelry Inc. will try to ship all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. In most cases, orders will be shipped that day if placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time. You will receive a confirmation email following your checkout. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact info@WenchJewelry.com . Additionally, you will receive an order status email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
For International Orders, please email us or call us between 9am and 5pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday to arrange the specific details and get a quote on the shipping rates.
What if I never receive my order?
Situations may occur causing a package to not be delivered and we ask that you email info@WenchJewelry.com that includes your order number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. «back menu
Shipping
How much will my shipping charges be?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS and are handled on an individual basis. When placing an order on-line you will get a shipping charge quote before you finish making the order. Shipping for Rings is $10.45 for the 1st item and a maximum of $14.95 shipping per order. Shipping for Apparel is $5.95 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item up to a maximum of $14.95 per order. If you order both rings and apparel, the maximum shipping charge is still only $14.95.

Returns and Exchanges
What is the return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return (within 30 days of original ship date) of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price or exchange for similar item and style. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
How do I return merchandise?
Once you download the return form please fill out completely and be sure to call customer service for your RA #. Once we approve your return you will receive a confirmation email. Below you will see the info as to where you should send your returned items as well as the link to download the return form.

What happens if I have received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
Not to worry! We will make sure to exchange the damaged merchandise or you may also receive a refund. We will also reimburse you for the cost of shipping, as we truly believe in taking care of all our customers as best as we can. Please reference all return and exchange polices before sending items back. «back menu
Price adjustments
Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call (415) 485-1524.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on WenchJewelry.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. «back menu
Order cancellation
You may cancel any Wench Jewelry order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date. «back menu
PRIVACY POLICY
Wench Jewelry will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. The only information we collect is the information given when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future and /or receive occasional e-mails.
What information do we collect?
We collect various types of information depending upon how you use our site.
· When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address and phone number. We also gather information on the person who will receive any gift you send (e.g. that person's name address and phone number) and we will retain a record of your purchases.
· When you become a WenchJewelry.com registered user, we collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, username and password. This information is gathered to make your shopping experience as a registered user as quick and easy as possible. At any time you may log-in to our 'Member Log-In' Section, and update any of this information.
· We do not store your credit card information on file.
· When you submit a question to customer service, we will need your email address to respond and you will have to provide us with additional information to help us answer your question. For example you may need to include your First and Last name, email address, and invoice number.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All payments are processed through Paypal for your security. This means that we never even see your credit card number. It is only handled by Paypal and their state of the art security systems. You do NOT need to be a Paypal member to shop on our site. Paypal is simply the credit card processing company we have chosen to provide maximum security for your transaction. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or by Paypal account if you do have one.
Although we use our best efforts to assure that your data remains secure when maintained by us, security during Internet transmissions cannot be assured.
